Abraham Lincoln NHA Interpretive Plan

The story of Lincoln’s life and times comes to life in the Abraham Lincoln National Heritage Area. Looking for Lincoln works with communities in the National Heritage Area to help them develop and tell their unique story of Lincoln’s life and times. Looking for Lincoln accomplishes this by supporting and working to strengthen interpretive sites and programs in Looking for Lincoln communities. The goal is to build a balanced and cohesive interpretive presentation across the National Heritage Area For more information or to download the Interpretive Plan click here

In-kind Match

As the coordinating entity for the Abraham Lincoln National Heritage Area, Looking for Lincoln receives federal funds each year that must be matched dollar-for-dollar. We depend upon Looking for Lincoln communities to help up meet this dollar-for-dollar match with in-kind contributions of time and materials.
